Another tanker. We got really close to this one. It was HUGE! |
The marine layer was letting up a bit. We could see the coast. |
We saw a bull sea lion swimming all by himself. |
We followed him at a distance to see if he'd be friendly and come up to the boat. |
Nope. He was a loner. He swam off by himself. |
We went a little farther and there were a lot of dolphins! |
The dolphins were so fast, Bill did a great job of getting any pictures of them. |
There wee a lot of pictures of the splashes they left behind. |
We took this picture of the water because it was totally smooth, almost like glass, then the captain said there was an underwater flow that was going to cause some chop for just a bit. You could see the line in the water. Significant chop. Then it just stopped and it was smooth again. |
