At 7 we headed for the slopes for the New Year's celebration.

It's hard to make out in the photo. They started at the top of the slope by making an "09" formation.

Then the "09" turned in to a "10."

After the "10," they headed down the hill.

It looked like lava coming down the hill.

Every once in a while small fireworks would shoot out.

Once the skiers got to the bottom of the slope, the real fireworks started at the top.
