That night was Kris' birthday. Bill had a surprise. After skiing we caught a bus. He wouldn't say where we were going and asked the driver and other passengers not to say where we were going.

We pulled in to a ranch. We had a drink and some snacks and then went outside.

And got in to a sleigh.

Bill arranged for us to have our own sleigh. Everyone else rode in the one big sleigh together.

It was a beautiful night, a little snowy with an almost full moon. We rode to a big teepee.

The inside was really cool. Lots of seating. There was a fire in the middle and heaters all around.

You could have steak, chicken fish or pasta for dinner. We had the steak.

Everything was delicious.
