It took us about 6 hours to get to Denver.

We stayed at the aloft Hotel by the airport. We had an early flight the next morning.

Our missed flight messed up a lot of things. Mom & Laura were going to have a surprise birthday party. They had to cancel since we didn't make it in Saturday. So, Mom made my favorite meal for lunch and we had this great cake!

Of course they couldn't just put one candle on it.

The candles made a little bit of smoke.

Presents! Laura and the boys got me these great Star Wars bobbleheads.

Mom got me MarioKart for Wii and a special necklace!

We had a lot of cake to take back with us.

After lunch we drove back home. The dogs were very happy to see us and vice-versa.
