After dinner we went back to the ranch house for dessert. Bill arranged for a surprise birthday cake! Everyone sang happy birthday.

Day 3: Around town. Bill caught a cold and wasn't feeling well at all. The plan was to go skiing but we rearranged our schedule and took it easy. We went shopping downtown.

Downtown was very cute.

It was still decorated for Christmas.

This sign was the best! Again, for Rabbit Ears Pass. One of the drivers told us that the sign was so old it was grandfathered in when they drafted the new city codes.
