Christmas Cruise '12

Day 9: At sea. The day started with a "mandatory" meeting where they told everyone about disembarking procedures and the ship's chefs and wait staff were applauded. |
Looking down our hallway. |
We got up late, just like every day on this vacation, and went out on deck. |
It was nice because we could read and sit in the sun. While we sat there they had a Susan G. Komen race around the ship. We cheered the competitors. |
We were watching the ships in the distance. We were going faster. |
The captain pointed out the lighthouse and mentioned Cuba. I'm not sure the lighthouse was on Cuba or were were close to Cuba when we saw it. |
As close as the camera could zoom in. We were far away! |
Relaxing! |
This is a crazy picture. Bill was just taking pics of the ocean. We didn't see the fin until we got home. I wish we'd seen it when we were on the cruise. We even talked about how cool it would be to see a whale! |
When we sat down all of the seats were taken. As the sun crept up the seats, everyone left to go to the other side of the ship. |
Good pic! |
We took a stroll around the ship. |
