Christmas Cruise '12

I think this place was called "The Paddock" but it also said "Eet Cafe." We thought it looked good for lunch. |
It had a cow and a dinosar on the roof. Of course we liked it! |
We ate on the patio/beach. Looking out at the Noordam. |
This humming bird kept flitting around the flowers by our table, we finally got a good pic. |
The only excursion that looked good to us was a submarine ride. It was a real submarine, not just one that looks like a submarine but stays halfway out of the water. This one went down to 145 feet. We thought it would be good to check out the diving without diving. The problem was, the excursion was sold out on the ship so we walked to the shop and booked it ourselves. |
First, a boat took you out to the submarine. |
After about a 45 minute boat ride, we saw the sub! |
The little tugboat met with the sub and brought it over to our boat. |
Getting ready to board the sub! |
