We left Katy and headed towards home. We saw something that looked like smoke ahead of us. It was rain.

We were running late. We had to make it home in time to watch The Sopranos finale!

We had to stop one more time, very quickly, in Huntsville...

...at the giant statue of Sam Houston. The statue is named, "A Tribute to Courage."

Here's Kris in front of the statue for scale. The statue is 67 feet tall plus a 10-foot base. It stands on the side of IH45.

The statue was commissioned by the Masons. The quote from Sam Houston says, "Govern wisely and as little as possible."
