Thick walls

You can see at the window how thick the walls are! It was too dark to take photos outside but the security wall was still outside too.

Hotel Katajanokka

We stayed at the Hotel Katajanokka in Helsinki. It used to be a prison and they've converted it in to a hotel.

Off to Helsinki!

We've been to Funchal, Madeira before when we took a cruise out of Barcelona. On that trip we went on the "Best of" tour. This time we went on a less popular tour.

Water slides!!!

You can almost see all three water slides in this shot. The big, yellow slide in the middle, the purple one on the right and the green one on the left. As soon as people could put on their swimsuits, young and old alike were going down the slides!
