Towel animal!
So cute! I think we decided this was a dog.
Five
Dori sent us more photos that night before we left port and we had internet. This one of Five was too cute not to download!
Lem
Our dogsitter would send us pictures of the dogs a few times a day. I downloaded this one on to my phone.
Day 2
We didn't do anything on Day 2. We stayed at the hotel and took it easy. Bill was sick and we wanted him to get better before we got on the cruise so we didn't want to push it by having a full day. Our dogsitter sent us pictures every day. I downloaded this one so it was mixed in with our vacation pictures. Five was enjoying the last bits of the warm days back at home.
Sunrise
It's going to be a really pretty one today! It won't last long though.
Daybreak
We could see the sun just coming up. This is about the most sun we would see all day.
Take a picture
Taking a picture of the "sunrise." It was pretty that day.
Break
Taking a break on a lake for everyone to catch up.
Frozen!
We were so cold! The one thing about this picture that cracks me up is the icicle that goes from my eyelash to my hat.
Dog sledding!
It was so cool! They let us have our own sled and Bill was the driver! The dogs were pumped! When we took off the girl behind us was thrown off of her sled. Her dogs ran right by us. We gave her a ride until we caught up to her dogs. We crashed once. I got a great video of it HERE.
One minute later
The light is gone, only the red is left. It was a beautiful sunrise/sunset, all in about 20 minutes.
Now it's 12:25 pm.
This is my favorite photo pf the whole day!

It's getting much darker.

For this trip we left the dogs at a dogsitter's house. Lily has had some back problems and needed more personal care. Even though they had the entire back seat Spike wanted to lay on top of our luggage. Maybe he thought we'd take him with us.
