That's where we were. You can even see the small boats in the water and the lighthouse.
Even thought the description of the tour said we were supposed to go to Cabo Girao next we made a stop to see Camara de Lobos from…
Not sure what kind of tree this is but it's beautiful!
We hated to go because the village was so pretty but it was a short tour and there was more to see.
The village was really pretty! It was a combination of houses and shops.
Our first stop was Camara de Lobos. A fishing village used by Winston Churchill to create beautiful (and famous?) island paintings…
Not too far away from Madeira.
One last shot before getting on the bus.
If you look up old photos of Winston Churchill and Camara de Lobos,
This tiny rowboat had water coming off of it. It looked like it had recently been used.
I know this looks similar to a previous photo but I liked the flying seagulls with the boats.
It was such a pretty village. We could see why Winston Chruchill stayed here to paint.
Another view of the Neptuno Seis.
They didn't seem to mind us much.
Even the small row boats were pretty!
I'm not sure this boat was seaworthy but it's very picturesque!
These boats are so cool. It's hard to see because of the sun but there's a cross on top of the cockpit.
A nice shot of the hotels and restaurants on the clff.
