We hadn't seen anyone on the side bridge since we left Funchal but someone had to be in there. They pulled some shades down.

Our progress so far. We don't have far to go, unfortunately.

We could see red and yellow on the big island. We thought maybe there were flowers or grasses. We couldn't tell. It was far away.
The Desertas Islands are protected and uninhabited. You need a permit to go there. This boat looked like it was coming from there.…

So far we hadn't seen anyone in the bridge but we noticed someone put a small rug over the floor window so, someone was in there.

We spotted this possible shower behind the ship but it didn't catch us.
A little overcast today but the ocean was very calm. They said possible scattered showers but I don't think we ever got any.
This is how we spent the day: reading and listening to the waves.
We could watch the wake the boat made all day.
We spent a little time on our balcony before we had to get ready for dinner. Nothing fancy, we just had to change in to jeans.
