Fredericksburg

We had tickets to see Rob Thomas at the Majestic Theater in San Antonio on July 11th. We decided to go on a mini road trip to get there. We left on Friday morning, took back roads, went to antique shops, saw oddities and wildflowers, stayed at the Hangar Hotel in Fredericksburg and made it to the concert Saturday night.

Vinyl Station

The first opening act was Vinyl Station.
Really good!

We really liked them! They were just starting out on tour with Rob Thomas.
Plain White T's

The second opening act were the Plain White T's. We already knew who they were. We like them too!
Meet Vinyl Station

We liked Vinyl Station so much that Bill bought their CD and he got to meet them! He said they were super nice.

I liked this one because it's so blurry it looks like a painting of him singing. We didn't get good pics of him on stage.

For his encore Rob ran up the aisle right up to where we were sitting!

He didn't just run up the aisle and run back, he hung out. As you can see, people were grabby.
