A statue of Ramses II

It was a huge statue. You can see how small Joyce looks!

Some remnants around the sphinx.

Then we went to see The Great Colossus of Ramses II.

It's over 40 feet long, even without it's legs.

It's in Memphis, the Capital of the Old Kingdom.

You can see how HUGE it is!
