Here's Kris in the semi-new alien costume for this year. The mask is new but the robe and hands are from 2 years ago.

It was hard to take a picture of the whole setup. The front door is surrounded by a black curtain. There's a fog machine and a stobe light focused on the alien that opens the door. It should look really scary.
