Funny
It was really funny that these flowers were by the gift shop. There were people standing in line to take photos of them. I think a lot of people thought this was going to be a botanical garden with flowers, not just trees.

No idea
I don't remember what this tree was at all but, it's pretty!

Redwood
It's hard to show how big it was. The people closer to the trunk weren't to it yet.

Ebony
I had no idea what some of these trees looked like.

Brazil nuts
That big pod nearly to the top of the tree is full of Brazil nuts!

Interesting
Even though it was only trees, it was interesting.

Mahogany
It had pods all over it that is being tested for medicinal purposes.

Only trees
The excursion said this was a "botanical garden." I think at this point everyone was realizing the garden only has trees.

Magnolia
All of the trees they had were very old.

Flower
They only flower once.

Close-up
You can see just how many are in the tree!

Air plants
This tree was covered with air plants. They said it wasn't hurting the tree at all.

Looking back
It doesn't show how big the tree really was.

Cool!
The tree was very cool. It was super old. the roots are so strong our guide swung from them like Tarzan!

Botanical Gardens
The first stop of our tour!

Cool houses!
The majority of houses we saw looked very Brady Bunch-esque. I loved it!

Pay phones
I was fascinated by the working pay phones. There's also a subtle propaganda sign on the building.

Lots of colors
Just like in Havana, the buildings were all different colors.

Last tender
Make sure we don't miss it! We always take a picture of the sign!

Good selfie!
Still on the tender. You can see we're on tour 11.

Our ship!
We sat at the very back of the tender. It gave us a great view of the ship as we headed to Cienfuegos.

Just a few pics
Then we headed back inside.

Empty
Unlike in Havana, today the bow was totally empty.

Up to the bow
Gret shot of Bill! We went up to the bow to take pics. It was open, just like in Havana.

In the water!
We got to see how they put the tenders in the water. Interesting.

Tenders
We had to tender to the port. They used the life rafts right outside our door!

Copernicia Fallaensis
Apparently a rare palm tree from Cuba.
Day 11
A day in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Awesome day, awesome goodbye from the Cubans!
Day 10
A day at sea to recover from last night!

Across the street
This looked like a fabulous house. Obviously a government official's house. It was closed when we were there.
Day 9
Kris' birthday in Havana, Cuba! Awesome day tours and a night at the Tropicana!
Day 8
Key West! We walked around a bit. Beautiful sunset!
Day 7
Another day at sea!
Day 6
The ship is in Costa Maya. We keep relaxing and we get dog pics from home.
