And lunch
Doritos Tex-Mex (Nacho Cheese) was the best we could do on the country roads.
We drove through Teruel. They had a cool aqueduct running through town.
The first news of the castle comes from 1186 and it is mentioned in documents from 1242.
When we first came in to town we didn't know what the name of the town was. We saw this sign. It was talking about Sierra de Albarracin. That's the mountain range we were just driving through. The mountain range is named after this town of Albarracin and often has snow (which we saw) in the winter.
Like a lot of Italian cities it seemed like there was no driving in Albarracin. You parking in the parking lot and walked up.
We stopped to take pictures. We didn't go up to the town. Looking back, we should have. Albarracin is beautiful! We could see a castle-looking something up there.
Almost to where we can get to town.
The trees were too pretty and then we saw the stream!
We passed by a lot of birch tree groves. They looked like birch tree farms to us. They were planted in rows.
