Walk
Taking a walk around the deck after lunch. It was a little chilly for people to sit outside and read.

German cookout
They had different day themes. Today was German food. They cooked out by the pool for lunch. It was good!

Our porthole
Looking out our porthole to see how the day is. Today is a day at sea!

Laundry special
They ran a special. Everything we could fit in this bag they would clean for $27.99. Time for some creative folding!

Day 11
Time to do laundry. We only took enough clothes for haf of the trip. We planned on washing clothes on the ship.

Mouse
A close-up of the mouse towel animal. So cute!

Towel animal
Whew! It's been a LONG day! 8 hours just for the bus ride to Marrakesh and back plus the tour. We were very glad to see our cabin again. The mouse towel animal was a good welcome home!

Casablanca
Before we got to the ship we drove through Casablanca and took a little tour in the dark.

Saadi Tombs
Heading in to see the Saadian Tombs.

Next stop
We've arrived at our next stop. The entrance is in this kind of alley.

Palais Chahramane
A real Moroccan restaurant for lunch.

Back on the street
Walking to our next stop on the tour.

Zellige
This type of tile is called zellige. It's tile chips set in to plaster. Craftsmen are trained from childhood in this artform.

Pretty door
Entering the palace from the garden.

Interesting walk
Just like our tour guide said, we had to duck out of the way when veiled ladies tried to put necklaces on us. We also were walking in the street, just like everyone else so we had to watch out for cars and mopeds. A nice old woman was walking next to me for a while until she stuck her hand out, looking for money. She walked with us for a while until she got the hint.

Shopping!
We didn't get to stop. We passed it while we were walking.

Horse and buggy
There were tons of hose and buggy drivers, especially in the square.

Off the bus
We had to walk a couple of blocks from the bus to our first stop. The tour guide told us not to let the veiled ladies put the necklaces on us. That's how they aggresively sold their necklaces.
