Sunset
This sunset was really gorgeous. Bill took lots of photos.

Quiet afternoon
Nearly every time we sat out here it was pretty empty. We were kinda wondering if the ship was full or not.

Reading
We spent most of the day here, reading, looking at the ocean and people watching. We were on the deck with the walking track so lots of people always passing by.

Relaxing!
In our chairs, outside of our room.

Cuba information
We were still a bit unclear on how going ashore in Cuba was going to work so we went to the talk about Cuba that morning to get more info.

Day 4
Our room was on the same deck as the gingerbread house and train set. We passed by it every day. Today is a day at sea.

The tree is lit!
The little boy on the floor next to the Captain and the Cruise Director. Once the tree was lit, a shower on confetti/fake snow came down from the floor above us.

Words
I'm glad they gave us the words. I probably only know one line from some of those carols.

Christmas Carols
They pass out hot chocolate and egg nog and everyone sings Christmas carols. Then they lit the Christmas tree. It's really nice. really nice.

Exploring
We walked around a bit to try to see everything on the ship. We had to be somewhere at 7.

Officially on vacation!
We're not on vacation until Bill takes a picture of his feet! And we're leaving port!

Pool selfie!
You can see another cruise ship behind our ship.

Selfie!
We had lunch before we explored the ship.

Tub!
We were impressed there was a full tub in the bathroom vs. the tiny shower capsule that are in most cruise bathrooms.

Lanai Stateroom
We upgraded to a Lanai Stateroom fro this cruise and we're so glad we did, we loved it! We had a sliding glass back door to the room that was shaded so no one could see in. It led out to the lower promenade deck. There were two deck chairs right outside that were open almost the entire cruise. We just went outside and enjoyed!

Going to the room
The best part was they told us our room was ready. We have never boarded and immediately been able to go to our room. We've always had to wait a couple of hours or longer.

Day 3
Boarding! This morning we woke up, ate breakfast nd checked out We were going to catch the shuttle but it seemed like the entire hotel had the same idea so, we caught a cab, walked right up to the counter and right on to the ship! It was the easiest boarding I think we've ever had for a cruise.
Christmas Cruise to Cuba
We were searching for a good cruise for Christmas. When we found this cruise, we couldn't pass it up! It was the inaugural cruise to Cienfuegos for Holland. It was such a big deal our cruise was on the news!
