The red/orange staned glass was on the oppose wall of the blue/green glass. The nets were there because they were doing contruction on the walls above the glass.

The stained glass was stunning! There was so much of it and even though it was rainy outside there was still light pouring in. It was so pretty! The photos don't do it justice.

In addition to the large ceiling tiles that resemble flowers, there are small flowers that look like they're in vases above and to the left of the rose window.

This side is very harsh and angular. It depicts Jesus' last night before the crucifixion, the crucifixion and the ascension. You can see part of it to the right was under construction.

Constuction started in 1882 and has continued since then. It was interrupted for the SPanish Civil War and relies in private donations. It has progressed very slowly. I did read that they have begun the final phase of construstion. Hopefully finishing in 2030 or 2032.
First stop, buy a ticket! Like many high-profile churches, it's not free. The money does go to finishing the church.
