A close-up of the lighthouse.
I looked up Camara de Lobos during the time Winston Churchill was there and it looks almost the same.
Loved the squid boat!
Lots and lots of squid drying on a boat.
That's our tour group. A lot of them didn't make the walk down to the boats. We only had about 20 minutes to take photos. We ran d…
Some of these photos might be similar. We enjoyed Camara de Lobos so much, we took a lot of photos.
We didn't have time to shop. It was a real quick stop on the tour so you could either take pictures or stop at one or two shops.
We went nuts taking pictures of the fishing boats.
When Winston Churchill was painting, he'd sit on a balcony up on the left anf look down at the fishing village.
The ship was so HUGE!
We've been to Funchal, Madeira before when we took a cruise out of Barcelona. On that trip we went on the "Best of" tour. This tim…
Waiting for our tour to be called. The ship has to be cleared first.
Before we had to go for breakfast we saw some blue sky peek through. We were glad. We were afraid it was going to rain.
The clouds made the sunrise beautiful. We stayed on our balcony for a long time just watching it.
We finally saw people on the side bridge!
Bill took some really good pics of the sunrise. So pretty!
The tugboat arrived to guide the ship in to port.
We got up earlier than we had the whole trip. We booked a tour today and it left at 9am. It was worth it to see the sunrise!
We woke up on day 9 and we were at Funchal, Madeira!
Tonight is the 6th time change.
Our towel animal today is a dog! Cute!
